The
“new deal” is being offered to existing waste tyre
customers only and offers a full Service Level Agreement with
a fixed price for twelve months, in return for a further twelve
month commitment from the customer. |

The
new deal , as well as being a thank you to existing CA customers,
sees the launch of an upgraded customer driven service focus
that will not only improve the quality of the waste tyre collection
service itself, but with additional infrastructure and ability
of CA’s unique IT system “iCalm”, the ongoing
development of a customer service infrastructure that promises
to be second to none within the industry.

This
coupled with Credential Automotive’s continued investment
in its recycling capability and the new 70,000 tonne mega shredder
being commissioned in July 2007 at CA’s Wednesbury site,
will provide continuous supply of shredded tyres to CA’s
state of the art Cryogenic facility near Baglan, Wales, ensuring
that Credential Customers not only have their waste tyres collected
on time but in the certainty that they will be 100% recycled
by CA.

thousands of waste tyres “fly tipped” every year
and the number of growing steadily as the cost of recycling
