Andy Hinton – Chairman

An arts graduate and MBA, Andy Hinton has worked in the environmental and utility sector for many years, specialising in business development, sales, marketing and customer services. Prior to his recent involvement with White Rose Environmental he was the architect of a series of deals and business start-ups that developed Yorkshire Environmental into a diversified £200m business. He was also a director of Yorkshire Water Services, leading the strategic change during the period in which the company moved from bottom to top of the OFWAT rankings.

Nick Wyatt – Managing Director

Nick Wyatt is an engineering graduate and MBA with extensive experience in operations, general and commercial management in industrial services and process industries, including waste and utilities. As general manager of one of the world's largest waste companies, he gained broad exposure to private and public sector clients.

Alastair Cooper – Financial Director

Appointed in March 2005, financial director Alastair Cooper ACA trained with Ernst & Young before gaining extensive industrial and commercial experience at financial controller and financial director level with leading companies including Equifax, Akeler and Pindar Systems.

Steve Patterson – Divisional Director (Automotive)

Automotive division director Steve Patterson, joined in July 2005 following extensive waste sector experience. A trained accountant, he was most recently landfill and treatment manager responsible for a £50 million turnover region covering the north of England for Sita UK.
