Service Delivery Manager

Credential Automotive invites applications for the position of Service Delivery Manager based at Newton Aycliffe.

Candidates must have an excellent understanding of customer services and be able to supervise a team of people to ensure high levels of service are maintained.

The role involves supervision of the Call Centre at Newton Aycliffe and responsibility for the P&L analysis of all customers within the Credential Automotive division.

Responsibilities

- Grow and develop business with existing customers and prospective new customers
- Communicate directly with customers, resolving issues raised by the Call Centre
- Report on customer surveys and customer P&L’s
- Ensure full Management Information available to customers
- Review all month end analysis for customers and ensure all invoices raised appropriately
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure pricing management throughout AWS
- Liaise with Operations Manager to ensure Service Centers meet customer requirements
- Attendance of meetings
- Act as point of liaison with external sales staff
- Responsibility for all staff within the Call Centre
- Comply with company Health & Safety policies/procedures
- Provide support to Commercial Director
