Automotive invites applications for the position
of Service Delivery Manager based at Newton Aycliffe.
Candidates
must have an excellent understanding of customer
services and be able to supervise a team of people
to ensure high levels of service are maintained.
The
role involves supervision of the Call Centre at
Newton Aycliffe and responsibility for the P&L
analysis of all customers within the Credential
Automotive division.
Responsibilities
-
Grow
and develop business with existing customers and
prospective new customers
-
Communicate
directly with customers, resolving issues raised
by the Call Centre
-
Report
on customer surveys and customer P&L’s
-
Ensure
full Management Information available to customers
-
Review
all month end analysis for customers and ensure
all invoices raised appropriately
-
Liaise
with suppliers to ensure pricing management throughout
AWS
-
Liaise
with Operations Manager to ensure Service Centers
meet customer requirements
-
Attendance
of meetings
-
Act
as point of liaison with external sales staff
-
Responsibility
for all staff within the Call Centre
-
Comply
with company Health & Safety policies/procedures
-
Provide
support to Commercial Director
